GINFLOW
Search RNAs by structure.
GINflow is a Nextflow pipeline for BLAST-style search over RNA secondary structures. It uses GINFINITY to build graphs from RNA secondary structures to obtain node embeddings, then slices those embeddings into windows and searches them with highly optimized vector similarity indexes.
